Committed to high quality Continuing Professional Development (CPD) which makes a difference to students we can help you navigate through the array of CPD opportunities that exist. Leading Learning can work directly with teachers or CPD co-ordinators in schools or Local Authorities. We can enable, facilitate or lead collaborative, sustained CPD opportunities between colleagues in school or between schools or other agencies. Current work:

Leading Learners Programme: Leading Learning has provided training to Heads of Departments across this partnership of 3 High Schools in Challenging Urban contexts. This has focused on using lesson observation as a developmental tool for improving the quality of teaching and learning.
